Permitting classification of individuals based on biological sex under certain limited circumstances

Would allow any public or private institution to declare their restrooms are organized by "biological sex." Would also expand bans on trans athletes in sports to any sports team, and double down on dangerous placements for incarcerated trans people. (from 603 Equality)
